Contemporary Vision
Official Selection - Versi di Luce 2025
Contemporary Vision Section
In the Contemporary Vision section, Versi di Luce 2025 gives a voice to young filmmakers who look at the world with fresh eyes and are able to turn reality into vision. These are works of fiction that speak the language of the present with freedom and courage, exploring themes, forms and sensibilities that belong to a generation in search of authenticity. Each short film is a fragment of the future, an experiment in style, a poetic gesture that reveals the strength of a cinema in constant metamorphosis. In these stories, at once intimate and rebellious, there emerges a deep desire to express and to understand, to seek a spark of truth amid the chaos of the contemporary world. Contemporary Vision is thus the space where the Festival welcomes the new voices of cinema, offering them a place to be heard and to exchange ideas, because it is often from these young and courageous visions that the future of cinematic poetry is born.
